Toning down the VA's will help you guys a lot. Bad builds are harder to fix now, and fewer teams dominate you in terms of levels due to promotions and a pair of gutted teams. Sad to see Houghton go, btw. From a purely objective point of view, I'd expect to go 8-8 if I were y'all, and 10-6 is very possible with some good game plans and a bit of luck. Of course, I could be talking out of my ass and y'all could run the table. Either way, I'm getting in the "stomp K&B's dick" line - move over Liquid

i think this is a very good assessment. I honestly do not see us scouting and game planning too much. our team is very lazy...

We don't play them till the last game of the season when we will have our home field advantage and they will be fighting for 8th spot .

Well you guys have to remember A#8 is now filled with people around your level so you have to assume that many of them probably slow built like you since everyone is doing it now. Only teams more along the lines of Montana who have been here for decades and are clealry higher in level w/o slow building are along the lines of older players. It doesn't mean we don't have good builds though and 10 level difference is still 50 SPs and thats no joke when combined with extra vet points. I think you guys gave yourself to much credit last season as your record finally indicated and may be doing the same last season. Last year I called it b4 the season started. This year I believe your competetion is of a closer level and the vet points were made to have less of an impact so we will see I'm not sure which way you guys go this season. The d-play creator will make it so an inferior team can have a better shot at winning.

i think bort fucked us. when we have better scouting bars but lose by 60, there is a problem. when we are evenly matched and lose by triple digits, there is a problem. The vet points took another team I am on and ruined it. we went from missing the playoffs by a game, to losing all but two games. We will see now that the vet pts have been tamed a bit. as for the league, looking at the teams, I do not see any other slow built teams. I see some guys that slow built, but no other slow built teams. Please correct me if I am wrong...

IMO we are the best built team but that doesn't mean we are the best team by a long shot. we will start to really perform in two seasons as we hit our prime and most of you decline.

edit: I don't think we gave ourselves too much credit as much as bort fucked us. That could very well happen this season too. We should be a 5-8 seed, but we could very well finish at the bottom, depending on the sim/vet pts/etc.
