Well CIPR almost folded in season 7 but Florida Frenzy saved them after they were begging for cash in the forums.

Use your cash you get from preseason ticket sales, and upgrade all the seating that you can before your first game. You'll get that money back in no time, plus you'll make more from concession sales.
