No, I don't use a formula, as I generally disagree with those types of results. I just scout the teams and adjust with what I already know about them, their history, etc.

The thing with a formula is that it's the lazy way out. Plug in numbers, spit out the total. Tex did it up right last season, and hopefully he's up for it again.
