I'd probably replace him with Shannon Sharpe but I don't think putting Winslow in the top two is crazy. The guy was a beast.

There really aren't that many TEs in the Hall, atm. He's got 4 of the 7 on his list.

I was in the Barry over Emmitt camp for most of my life, right up until I had to watch several seasons of DeShawn Foster's complete inability to will himself into taking a vertical 3 yard gain when he could run horizontally for a 2 yard loss; I no longer argue in favor of his theoretical superiority.

Good list. I'd change:
QB: Montana for Elway (who would be a little down the list, IMO)
RB: Looks good. Sayers was Sanders before Sanders knew how. The great thing about that list? All four were complete backs who can block.
WR: I'd make a few changes there. Berry was good, but not as good as say, a Marvin Harrison or a Randy Moss.
TE: Looks good.
OL: Good list, I'd probably try to find a place for Tony Boselli or Willie Roaf at the tackles, or Will Shields at guard.
DL: Good list.
LB: Good group, though I'm not sure I'd throw Seau up there. He was a guesser, and wasn't the dominant player Ray Lewis was. I think you should shift Ham to the starting outside backer spot opposite Taylor, then back up Taylor with another pass rusher like a Derrick Thomas (not saying it should be him, just listing as an example).
CB: Deion Sanders is a huge omission. He's the best cover corner in NFL history and basically let you play half the field with your other 10 guys.
The rest of the list is pretty good.

Don't forget his list was only of retired players so a few of the guys you mentioned wouldn't be eligible.

Joe Montana is definitely the best QB of all time. Jerry Rice is definitely the best WR of all time. Randy Moss holds the single season TD record? Yea right. Jerry Rice did in 12 games what it took Moss to do in 16 games. If Jerry had played 4 more games he would have had 30+ TD's and shattered that record even more. And he didn't rely on his tall lanky body and jumping skills, he got open. He was un-coverable, he had the best hands this game has ever seen. #1 WR all day. Barry Sanders in his prime, or LT in his prime? Hard to say. I do think Shannon Sharpe was better than Kellen Winslow Sr, but thats hard to say as well. Why isn't Deion Sanders in the CB1 slot? He's the best cover corner to ever play the game, he needs to be there. Good list though

Otto Graham is in before Montana, can't argue with Johnny U and Elway.

Sayers a blocker?...uh no.....he was great but his career was short,Emmit Smith,Earl Campbell,Larry Csonka,Jim Taylor all we're more dominant for a longer stretch of time.Tough choice here no matter what..

TE:Ozzie Newsome over Kellen Winslow Sr.,Jerry Smith is in this discussion as well.Mackey was the best all around TE ever.

At CB Darrell Green has to have a spot.

Overall a respectable job of considering players from all eras.

Deion was damn good, a lot of people don't like him for his showboating and off the field stuff but screw that. Biggest reason I wouldn't put him top 3 is because he wouldn't make a tackle to save his life. He could, I've seen him do it... but not willingly (I've seen kickers go after tackles with more enthusiasm) after all he always said he wasn't paid to tackle. The other guys on that CB list all were hitters and pass defenders. I'd have Deion around 4/5 imo...

Sayers is perfect in the KR/PR role
