we'll have to see about brisbane barbarians, they have a few upper level guys, but 50+% of their starting line up is below lvl 40. and I dont think that is going to cut it at this level. they have a great record though, so wont count them out just yet. Im sure they will have plenty to get into the playoffs, a top 4 finish would require some close wins though.

Agreed, we have quite a few lower level guys. But we've been together for a couple of seasons now, and I'd prefer to keep everyone together and do the best that we can this season. Maybe we'll pull out a few close wins and sneak into the top 4. But my real goal is to finish above .500. Hopefully that is achievable .

Yeah, the closer I look at the Alpha conference, and each time, I keep changing my mind on who will be in the top 4. Bay City is a stout team also, and could easily finish in the top 4. The top 8 teams in Alpha are gonna be going at it all season long!

And trentw, just fyi.....I think there is a meeting at 7pm, every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, in the USA AAA #1 forums, for GMaholics. 40 teams is a bit much, dontcha think?
