Wow, Dudly, way to throw the guy under the bus. Hopefully that advice is a mistype or you misread the OP...?
Bugga - do not invest in speed or tackling. Dudly is correct in saying don't save points and what you're currently doing is not slow building, in any sense of slow building.
You can salvage your build, but you need to concentrate your points into key areas for an offensive tackle. Building smart and efficiently uses auto level gains and caps to your advantage. Invest points into the major categories for an offensive lineman early, and auto level gains will do the rest.
This is what I'd do if I were you: Put points into blocking and strength up to 60....then take both to 68. Don't invest in anything else until both reach 68. Then take agility to 60. Eventually you want vision, speed, stamina and confidence to 48, but take the big three to 68 and 60 first.
With the way your build looks right now, I would train on intense "vision & confidence" to 30, then switch to "speed & stamina" until speed is 30. Do not invest in any of these until the above three are at 68 (strength & blocking) and 60 (agility).
You could take agility to 68 if you would like, but at this point, you just need to salvage the build and do what you can to make it a good OT.
