Last season in bbb#5 we were fortunate to have Gaines to do our power rankings. This season Gaines is in the other conference. I was wondering if anyone is willing to step up and do these this season for the western conference. Any Takers?

Crowbar did them last season, hoefully he will grace us with them again this season. Just so long as he doesn't pick the Mavs to be relegated again.

I was wondering the same thing about the Eastern Conference. The guy who did it last year's team moved up.

The guy that did it for us last season moved up from bbb5 into the eastern conference with you guys. He might do it, he was really good.

I started looking at using the criteria I like to use for this and the points that I assign for each group is coming out the closest it has ever come. This is going to be one hell of a league this season. 13-3 might get you the 1 seed. We will just have to see.

Well it looks like the USAORG Eagles will be taking over the 16th spot in the West. This owner, jshubert93 http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=730101 decided to unexpectedly sell the team in the middle of the off season creating a bye week for everyone. It is to bad their is not some sort of "idiot" filter on GLB in regards to owning a team.

My preseason rankings are done but you guys will have to wait till tomorrow to see them. sorry.
Here is some highlights you can look forward to: In the top 8 for the playoffs, 5 are returning teams from last season in A3 and 3 are new teams.
IMHO 13 teams have a legit shot at making the playoffs and I use a formula to figure out a starting spot for the rankings. As I was looking at one team I said to myself "I am going to have to watch these guys. They could play a spoiler in the playoffs this season." After I counted the points up they were 12th!!!!! That is how deep this league is. I have said good game planning can over come a 5 point difference in my rankings. The top 9 teams are within 5 points of each other. The top 12 teams are within 5.9 of that and the 13th team is right behind.
Before anybody asks, I use the points break down and calculations as one of my scouting tools so no I won't break it down for or give you what the total points are for each team to you. I am sure everybody understands.
