Don't hold me to this guys, as I've just glanced over the conferences...and these are just my first impressions....so feel free to disagree...

I'm gonna take a look at the Zeta Conference: .... The Alabama Red Elephant Club is Awesome!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, with that being said, this is a very competitive conference! The AREC is certainly a team that will challenge for the title, but there are many others that will challenge for the title! The Brisbane Bulldogs, and the iue5 Sorcerers, were just a couple of bad plays away from winning the season 8 championship, and they are looking to win the trophy with a renewed passion this season!

The Sumatra Seahawks, AA-2 veterans, also well known to some of the new teams entering the AA-2, is still looking for the trophy. Always contenders..... or are they still pretenders? Never count them out!

And how about the two new teams, the Sydney Flames and the Kalgoorlie Gold Rush, both solid teams, with very impressive records! Neither team is used to losing, and I doubt they plan on losing in this league either.

The KSU Wildcats, and my favorite team I like to not like, the Newcastle Ghosts, have just a good a chance as anyone to take the AA-2 crown also. This should be a great season for the Zeta conference!!!


Of course I'm biased, but I'm picking the Red Elephant Club to be the team to beat in the Zeta conference this season.

I think IUE5 will win and then throw the first game of the playoffs so they can stay in AA for 5 seasons. J/K.

It should be an incredible season. I don't think we will see anyone go undeafeted. I can't wait for it to start.

AREC were my pick to take OA#3 last season, this season I think the Seahawks will take Zeta. But I have other fish to fry and the other spot in the final to play for... Season 9 should be a lot of fun.

Sumatra will win Zeta this season. They barely lost to the Zeta #2 last season and the monster in the room known as the Frenzy has moved on to terrorize AAA. They'll take a loss in the regular season, but they'll go the whole way in the playoffs.

AREC will be runner-up.

I reckon either Easter Island or Guam will oppose them in the final. There are alot of form teams in Alpha, 12/16 were in the Playoffs last season. There will be good teams not making the playoffs...

seems to be a growing difference between the leagues finally. in alpha EIM and potentially guam seem to be 2 ready to compete on the next level(or hope so anyway). some of the other teams have some strengths, but alot of holes. recruiting could fix that before things get serious though. few teams with 5 or 10 lvl 50's sprinkled over a bunch of lower levels, I dont think they can stand up as it is, but add a few more higher levels and the base is there, clearly their coaching is there or they wouldnt be here.

have to see what happens over the season though!

KSU is new to the league so is honoured to even be mentioned in a conversation about contenders, but we are raring to go and will give it our all!
