If you sign before moving to a under-capped league, you can still retain some of your higher level players. I have a HB on the Milan Eagles that is lvl 33, but the majority of our defense is a lvl 8 . This is really just a off-season for us until we can build up the stadium and can contend in high leagues. I just couldn't stand all the bumpin' the Executioners were doing.
