Don't think you'll get too many teams since you are saying it's an EEAA. And since EEAA is 1/2 lvl 50+ and 1/2 lvl 29, I think instantly 1/2 of the teams won't bother. Bad enough they'll be getting ass stomped during the regular season... no need to get stomped in a tourney too.
