Looks like a lot of requests to be included in the shuffle script for this tier, 'specially since there were all the CPU's and such from last season's promotions getting moved down.

I would need a large majority of team owners or GM's in this league tier to approve this to make it happen. It would not happen on day 43, since I don't want to spring it suddenly and with no chance to set your level settings, but we could do it later in the offseason like day 44.

Only Eastern Europe A level? -- Why not all the other A levels

The surprise promotion of my team (due to 1 playoff win) leaves us out of the shuffle into capped leagues

A team of Level 1-7 players who thought they'd get a chance to play in a L13 capped league now are matched up vs a bunch of L40's

Why did I plan ahead again?

I would also recommend allowing people to choose the cap they want, 21, 34, uncapped, and so on and be able to pick as long as their mean level was below that level.

We prepared our recruiting based upon what you had originally stated. That we weren't being reshuffled. So today we signed the free agents that our owner had spent the last season recruiting. We asked you point blank and received the answer that you weren't going to reshuffle our league.

This borders on outright fraud. Ban me if you'd like but you've now fucked our season entirely.
