Warrior General Games

Not sure who to ask about this, so I thought I would put it out here. In season 7, EEPL and WEPL got together and set up a one-game-per-team scrimmage between the two leagues, as a way of getting to know other Pro leagues and also trying to see how leagues match up against one another. I know you guys usually play SAPL (I have a player on the Aussies), but I thought that, since this is only a one-game scrimmage, we could see if there was interest in trying to set something up with EEPL.

It would take a little bit of prep, and we would set up a private forum for owners /GMs. Each league would need to rank the teams involved (of those who agreed to play) and then set up a game agains the most equivalent opponent from the other league. In the WEPL challenge, this led to other cross-league scrims as well.

If you guys would be interested, let me know. OPL was our first choice, but we will move to other leagues if there isn't enough interest.

The Tonga Thunderbirds would be up for it.

I don't know if everyone would play, but OPL has always had good participation in this stuff. I'm sure BDC would play as well.

We're new here. But it seems that we're lining up for a few tournaments... so what the heck.

I ran the EEPL v WEPL challenge in Season 7, and I can tell you that it is certainly a lot of fun. Creates a bit of a rivalry and it's always fun to see how leagues stack up against eachother.

Plus I'd be lying if I didn't say I'd love to see an Emmaus vs WSI matchup

OPL killed us last season, but I guess that's what I get for going after So Cal, OPT, and Banzaiiiiii

Lets do it, we need a name for the trophy though like Magellan Cup.

It looks like there is enough interest to at least set up a private forum. I think it works better with only one or at most two representatives per team. So if any team in interested, send me a PM and I will get you invited once I set it up.

I'll consider it. I'm pretty confident in the new offense I'm running next season that we won't be 8-8 again. We might actually have a winning record and not be a letdown for O-Pro!
