Wow, im trying to figure out how the Sultans were thrown into lion
Howdy, a good portion of those up here already know me from my time in AAA#1 and AAA#2 or the various occasions when I have popped my head into the APL forum in the past. Glad to see that ESM finally made it up here, a trophy would have been nice, but I can still justify the promotion with the fact that we have been consistantly a top AAA team since season 3.
Look forward to the upcoming season, hopefully the incoming punch doesnt knock us on our asses to hard

I'm wondering the same thing. It was a pleasant, but unexpected surprise this morning.
Nonetheless, we're glad to be here. It'll be our toughest test yet, but we're looking forward to competing against the leagues best.

Haven't played the Sultans seriously since THAT championship game. Just doesn't seem right to have you in the same conference.
Good luck to you new teams. Seychelles went 19-1 in Season 7 of AAA #1 and went 10-7 last season in APL. We lost some tough teams, but I have a feeling we have some teams that will step up and take their place.

Don't remind me. I think we won the exhibition game next season. One of the guys in the forums actually thought it meant something. I wanted to punch him.
We're already hard at work on the recruiting trail. We're not taking anything for granted. I'd been scouting the league for the last couple weeks when it became apparent that we'd have a good shot at a promotion. Unfortunately, all my efforts were spent looking at Elephant teams. Back to the drawing board...

LOL. Both sides are tough. However, with the Bugeaters, Kings, and Bulls gone, Lion won't be as insanely tough as it could have been. You still have 5 of last season's playoff teams still here, so it'll probably be another fun season.

I was really hoping for a World League this season that would have pushed the Rhino's and Dar Es Salaam up. Quite a few of the new additions can hold their own and I know that two of the current teams are doing significant upgrading. I just hope that ESM doesnt look absolutely horrible.
