If they do shuffle by level, odds are we're put in a Level 24 capped league since almost our entire team is Level 21-22 with just one Level 23 guy. If it does, it was great playing with everyone.

well, it is your choice. There will be a selector option in the next day or so where you get to choose the Cap you would like to play at. You cannot choose a Cap lower then your highest level player, but you can choose a higher Cap if you are brave enough.

It doesn't appear that way. On the selector page it states: "If you do not anticipate signing higher level players, you should not use this option. You will be placed with similarly leveled teams automatically." I take that to mean they'd put us with like leveled teams anyhow.

No that means, if you don't expect to get higher level players you "shouldn't" override the system becuase you'll be outleveled by every other team in the league. It's still your choice.

Which we don't -- our roster is set and has been for 3 seasons. We've got two Level 23s and then everyone else is Level 21 or 22. So unless we set it to a higher cap, we're going to be pulled.
