On a personal note.....


I try to give each PM I get the utmost respect. Responding to each one to show if there is a chance or not for the team...

I would sincerly like to ask all Team Owners and GM's to show respect to the player owners. Follow the wishes they place on the Marketplace Ad or Forum Post....

If they set parameters you don't fit into. Don't bother them with your team. We, as the player owners, have enough trouble as it is, rifling through the dozens of PM's we get a day, or more, figuring out which team we want to sign with..... not to mention the dozens more of non potential candidates that think they have a 'shot' even though they don't fit the criteria.

Give the player owners the same respect you would like to have...... it will go along way for both involved.
