Talons... duh
We let RTL win last season, this season we won't.

Warriors

Demons are the best overall team in our league, east and west combined. I base this on talent, mgmt activity, mgmt game knowledge/scouting/tactical expertise, and their previous performance. I hope we get to play them in the finals. So, Demons win big IMO.

As far as LA vs. Ft. Wayne...we'll I guess we'll find out tomorrow.

I am going with the underdogs tomorrow. Talons and Warriors!

Should be good games. Hope our Talons can hang with the Reign.

Wow thanks RTL - I don't know what to say - I feel like the guy who just landed the out of his league prom date and has a big ass smile on his face for a number of reasons!

All kidding aside, NY knows us well and will play us tough so I'm not sure this will be a blowout.

If I do sneek a peak ahead a week I would love to dance with the Reign again and give you guys a chance to redeem yourselves for the Week 1 result - I have said all along that you guys were the team to beat in the West.

I think the San Francisco Demons vs. NY Warriors game will be the battle for the League championship.

Out of the West I think LA does have an edge on Fort Wayne.

I think the SF Demons will face the LA Reign with the Demons winning BIG in the final. They are just that freakin GOOD!

Nothing against the West but if San Francisco makes it line SF -24 point favorite
If New York wins I put the line at NY -12 point favorite

I think that I have to agree with this.

Gosh, this sure puts alot of pressure on the Eastern conference winner, doesn't it. I mean, the West really has no pressure to win, but the East has been built up now to be heavy favorites...so a loss to a lowly Western conference team could be earth shattering, right?

I still stick by my original claim that the Demons are the best team in this game ever. Whoever faces them in the final will be totally destroyed. It's really not even possible for the West to win....

....right?

Well guys my 2 cents

LA Reign over the Ft Wayne Talons
This should be a real good one - 1st game was won by the Reign 34-25 where the Reign defense held the Talons to 6 FG's and the lone Talon TD was scored by the defense. Both teams possess great passing games and can move the ball. Ft Wayne scored a huge upset over Miramar so you cannot discount them in this game. I think this game boils down to 2 things 1) who has the better secondary and 2) turnovers. LaRue has thrown 11 Int's and Hipp only 5 but I do feel the Reign secondary will out play Fort Worth's and this is why I am giving the nod to the Reign to advance to the League Championship game.

LA Reign 38
Ft Wayne Talons 27

SF Demons over NY Warriors
Looking at this game objectively you have 2 nasty defenses in this game that don't give up many points. The Demons have had NY's number the last 2 seasons beating them 3 straight times. I think this one is pretty easy to break down - NY has to be able to run the ball against SF to try and control some clock if they have to rely solely on the passing game I think they are in trouble. On the flip side SF has a very balanced offense and can beat you pounding the ball or airing it out. NY can't allow the 2 big horses Randolph and Kelly to get it going because that will spell trouble. These games are normally very close and I expect the same here - but in the end the balanced SF attack will be the difference against the more one dimensional Warrior attack.

SF 35
NY 24

Just realize this did not come from either NY or SF - 24 pt favorites - WOW - I could see 7-10 but damn a 3 TD favorite.

Good luck final 4 - may the best teams win and advance to the final on Saturday night. We are hoping for 1 more game in "THE PIT".
