I just wanted to say that this league was awesome. Not cuz our team went 16-0, but because this league kept the game fun.

When you look around GLB, most of the people have been bitching and whining. And it's not that there isn't reason to bitch and whine, but it seems that's all they have focused on. "the game is broke, this game sucks, season 8 blows," etc. However, this forum remained true to the spirit of GLB. Lots of trash talking, lots of good-spirited calling out, and much creativity. The banter here was A+.

On the field, no one in this league tried to abuse the sim for their benefit and I think everyone respected the other teams here. I really hope this continues on into the playoffs. I didn't see other leagues being nearly as competitive on the field or as active off it in the forums which is why they sucked. So many games came down to the wire and I can't wait to see what's in store in the postseason. Nail biters, I'm certain of it.

We kept this season fun when most other leagues made it boring.

I'm not one to catch my chickens before they hatch, but SHOULD we move on I only hope that APL will be half has fun as this one.

you guys have been fun this year. I have enjoyed going back and forth with you guys all season. Well until things went off the wall sour for us but it is what it is.

Although the Crusaders weren't expecting to get promoted to this league for season 8, it has been a fun one. We tried to give everyone a good game . . . hope to be more competitive next season. Good luck in the playoffs.

going from AA to 7th place in AAA the next season is certainly nothing to hang your hat on, especially seeing as you guys were a bit under-leveled since you didn't expect to be here.

Good luck in the playoffs, LTD. I, for one, am still hoping for a Greats-Raiders final, though I also want to meet LLS.

This conference is fun, but could use less "you're a d-bag" - "no, YOU are a D-bag" type threads. But it is easy for me to skip those and move on to the real stuff, so keep on keepin' on.

I'm glad that we got to continue a bunch of our rivalries and will be here next season. At least we didn't embarass ourselves in our first season in AAA. See you all in the playoffs (well, for one round) and next season as well. Good luck everyone!

In the spirit of the thread I will not call Dr. Acula a d-bag no matter how tempting/true it really is.

I agree. almost without exception this has been a fun year and good luck to everybody in the playoffs except the teams we play for the next 4 games. You guys can suck it, but only when we play you next.

This has been probably the most challenging season so far for us and I think that is demonstrated on the field, but we have had a good time and look to be resigning almost every players on the team for next season (so APL needs to get the f$2* ready for hte MaRAWK!!olypse).

Was going on the honor system that no one would go strong I slam in almost every situation. Oh well.
