I was a bit worried about your team. Didn't really know what to expect from your defense.
But yeah, it helps to have a dude who can force 5 fumbles a game.

Its hilarious, If I wanted to bring in all my level 40 and 50 players along with the guys from my teams we'd destroy people too. I dont see any fun in that .

I don't see the fun in you bitching that we did what we had to to make sure we moved up this year. We didn't do enough last year, and it cost us.
It's about wanting to move up the food chain. We just did all of our recruiting early.
If you "wanted" to bring your level 40 and 50 guys in...you would have. Not our fault high-level people want to play for our team. It's amazing what being a fun, good-ran team will do!

All I have to say on this matter is it is an uncapped league, and each of us had an opportunity to do certain things. I have some on a team myself. I look at it like this one of a couple of ways.
1. I overachieved last season-and for getting to the conf final as the most under leveled team to get there, we moved up and were glad of it.
2. comes to this season, I had 2 choices 1 fire sale and get enough money and come back and compete next season here or after being dropped back down depending on bad it was. Or 2. Bring a few "not a team" of good special players in and try to get at least one homefield game. Unless the bottom drops out I think I have done that.
I don't know how many OSU and his guys have, to be honest its not my concern as I need to worry about my team first. But if they were all fifty its fair game in this league.
Enough of my rant, I am still flying high on a damn exciting win.

Otis, really, this is getting old.
We were a hair's breadth from being promoted last season - literally - we were the 4th best team in A4, and 3 got moved up. We got better in the offseason not only because we leveled up, but because peeps who had been with us for a while figured out that we were a tight family, and wanted their other players on our team too, because JT isn't going anywhere, and peeps wanted to be in a stable situation that was moving forward.
So not only did our players get higher level (most of the original Niners are 32-38 now) but we also got some help. If you really want to cry and whine about how we're so much higher level than everyone else, fine. I hope you never have to deal with the heartbreak we had last season, nearly moving up but just missing the cut because other teams in the same league recruited just a little harder, and some brought in some serious ringers, just to beat you to that promotion spot.
Right now, we're enjoying the EEA tournament, because it's pitting us against the toughest competition in A leagues, and we're enjoying the scrimmages against AA teams, because it gives us a measure of where we're going to be next season, and we're definitely amped about the playoffs, where we'll get the chance to add some hardware to the trophy case before we move up.
Hate us all you want, it's cool. I hope you're not in our shoes the season after next, where you just missed getting promoted and then have a team that's "over-leveled"
