Never thought id see that happening. Defintely when i have already thrown this season out the window and traded half the team away to build stadium. funny this is, that more than likely my team will be the 8th seed in playoffs 2.

The Malta Phantoms have stated before that they are only worried about getting everyone their Max XP. However, they should still be able to put in a decent AI and get their players max xp but they don't for some reason.

Not worth the risk. Low level players need a lot of plays in order to get max xp (level 1s need around 60 plays). We ran the ball in the first game we played, but that took too much time off the clock and we missed xp on offense and defense. Since then we are passing on offense and I am not going to take a chance by messing with the AI so we can lose by less points. We will be doing the same thing next season. I am hoping to be competitive by season 10, we'll see.

Allowing teams to score at will on your defense decreases plays for the defensive players. Not putting a decent AI is irresponsible and lazy.

Nothing I am doing is lazy, I guarantee you that. I am working my ass off making sure this team will be financially successful and have players that have successful builds for the future, as well as learning how to gameplan and work the AI on both offense and defense for the future. If I could have a defense set up to try to get them more plays, the opposing offense would be on the field a ridiculous amount, with every running play stopped in play keeping the clock going, missing out on a lot of plays I could have had on both sides of the ball. The offense is punished with less than the amount of plays needed for max xp. The way it is set up now, there are no wasted plays, no time running off the clock.

I know exactly what I am doing. It may look to some like that is not the case because you have never slowbuilt before or you have just done it wrong in the past. If I could make my team compete and get max xp at the same time, I would jump at the chance. Because that is not possible, it is more important for the future of the team to get that xp now. We are giving every other team the same opportunity against us (unlike teams that gut in the middle of the season), I don't see what the problem is for anyone, enjoy the bye week and the awesome stats.

Malta won't even be relevant until season 10. You guys should just pencil us in as a win until the day we come out and just beat your asses due us building our players right. In the words of Drago, and I quote:

As mentioned before. I'm good with what you are doing. Stay with it, ignore the criticism and stick with your plan.

I am very happy with how things are going over here. When the owner/gm can get 2 TE almost exactly the same number of plays in every game, he/they are doing something right. Same can be said about the HB's and 4 WR's. we are all getting an even number of plays almost every game. Once we are around lvl 25 we will be able to kick the asses off of teams that clusterfucked and have players from lvl 19 all the way up to 40. If you have not noticed, teams that are on the same page seem to be able to beat teams that aren't.

I am very excited about the future of this team!!!

After looking at your box scores, you are getting all of your players max xp with what you are doing. If that is all that you are after, then you are doing a fine job. I really expected to see the defensive players with very low plays but that was not the case.
