Your a great player no question but with all due respect Drogan is clearly the best this season.
Lets debate this seriously. You have 156 tackles. While it is a lot it is only good. Thats 4th best and at least 20 players within reach. Drogan has 115 tackles and no DL is even close to that. Hes a DL with 100+ tackles, your a LB. Edge has to be drogan. Drogan missed none you missed 4.
Drogan has 98 sacks! Its almost double the second best guy! He is clearly the best there. Not leading it but blowing it away! You have 22 sacks which is good. You also have 96 hurries! Basically you cant finish the play. If you could finish half of those then you could argue. Drogan has 50 hurries as well.
Drogan has 46 forced fumbles and you have 57. Very comparable. But remember you have 146 tackles and as a LB your gonna have more opprunity to get them. Its very comparable though.Drogan also has 2 safetys.
Bottom line. Your player is really really good. And deserving. He is good but he doesnt dominate anything. Drogan dominates sacks! Its not even close. And he has 115 tackles, 46 FF, 50 hurries and no missed tackles. He DOMINATES sacks and is a great player else where.
If we compared you to LBs and Drogan to DLs. Its over. He is dominating his position. You are great but not dominating.

Oh ya one other very interesting thing. When we start to kill teams we pull Drogan out. You stay in. As evidence by the difference in plays per game.
Drogan plays in 62.3 plays a game.
Terkelsen plays in 106.5 plays a game.
With that said I think its fair to say Drogan is clearly the MVP.

stats are great and all but it comes down to WHO the owners vote for! Thats all im saying!

I'd have have to go with Terkelsen, he makes plays in the games that count.... nothing against Drogan, he just hasn't had really any competition to play against. I can't say what Terkelsen could do against my team because we haven't played this season yet. But... your Drogan had 74 plays against us and goose egged across the board.

Come on man. You guys ran 60 times all away from Drogan! and when you did pass you averaged 4 yards! You threw quick passes to avoid it. Goose egg or not he made you gameplan and thats a plus there.
Against the 10-1 Guard Dawgs Drogan had 4 sacks, a FF, 7 tackles, and a safety. Thats a great game against competition. And he had only 50 plays.

No doubt that Mr. Hunt is a formidable player.....but i still think that when you look ALL across the board #55 is at or near the top of the league. He has scored 2 TDs and he has big plays in every game that counts!
(Go and see how many of #55 hurries that gets INT. and how many of his FF that gets returned for a TD.......its ALLOT! Hes a game changer)

Ethan Hunt: 75 plays (goose eggs across the board)
Terk "the jerk": 79 plays (6 tackles, 1 missed tackle, 1 Hry, 1 Int for 1yd)
hmm....enough said!
now swink will say thats bs cause it was a preseason game! then i'll say well terk comes to play every game and that im just offering my stats since we did get the pleasure of playing and beating both you guys

As THEE "COMMISH" im formally changing Michael Terkelsen's name to Terk "The Jerk" it has a better ring to it! So from here on out any team/owner/agent (without the consent of THEE "COMMISH") who uses the name Michael Terkelsen will be fined 1 game check per incident!

I agree with you that it is VERY close. As a LB you have a number of ways to be successful. DL do not. Anyways it is very close and if Drogan lost it to you I wouldnt be disappointed.
Who knows maybe a Co-MVP is deserving.
