I've been more focused on work this season and obviously its hurt the team, so I think its time to retire as anything beyond a player (if not that as well)

So should we talk to another team about "merging" our players over (since the bulk of our team are all "friends"

or just sell the team and let everyone do free agency? what's the "norm"

tbh, in your case I would just go with free agency. Most of the builds that I've seen or can guess at are pretty poor, so merging won't really accomplish much - unless they all go to a bottom tier league.

Please, the problem with this game is the moving target and the fact that no salary caps mean most teams are made up of friends signing with power teams, cheating the systems, etc.

I'm not trying to be bitter at the game. I don't have the time for it anymore, and haven't all season.


Plus, the way the game is set up you'll spend far more on this game than games that are 10 times more well polished and fun/balanced. I've probably dropped $500 in this game, its just silly. Some people have dropped thousands, and really...its just a crap shoot...recruiting is a joke, too many teams. If a team is able to offer max contracts and still not attract ANY decent players, that tells you the game is broken. Recruiting is more about greasing palms and making special deals with people outside the game. I know several top teams that do this, and its just silly.



Not bashing anyone that enjoys teh game, more power to you...but we're just done with it and moving on, not for us. So you can bash all you want, but I could just be like the samurais and cheat the system to power up in lower leagues...oops

I wasn't trying to be rude. The moving target you speak of has never changed the fact that you have always needed basic things for a lot of positions. Your CB builds, if they were any good for their levels would at LEAST have a 54 pass defense bar, if not 57. Many of the other builds are only hanging on due to the VA advantage handed to older players.

Again, I'm not being rude. I was giving you my honest opinion. If you think I'm wrong, open a CB build. If he's got over 90/70/70 in the big 3, I'd be awfully surprised.

What's ironic is that their team, if they don't go CPU, won't even move down to the lower leagues... their victory over Bacolod basically ensures Bacolod and Brutal move down first...

Honestly, WTF @ Bacolod. They moved down from AA to A two seasons ago, then dominated in A going 19-0 before losing in the championship, and now they are moving back down to A. What a crazy bipolar team.
