Rather, Phnom Penh has clinched a top FIVE, not a top FOUR seed.

Everything else is still correct.

Rationale: Phnom Penh losing out, Tibet winning out, and Hell Valley finishing 12-4 (losses to Tibet and Ho Chi Minh or Bacolod, win over Phnom Penh), puts all three into a 12-4 tie for 3rd and 4th place, and this is based on total points scored... no way to know for sure who wins this, so no top 4 clinch for Phnom Penh.

This can't happen to Surabaya or Sumatra, as if the teams lost out and the scenario above occurs, they would pull third seed based on wins over both Hell Valley and Tibet (already played both games).

Basically, Sumatra and Surabaya have clinched top four FOR SURE. Phnom Penh has clinched top FIVE for sure, and likely top four, but NOT guaranteed.
