What else do you have that is better?

imho Get Low is a good one for C. run blocking is more important than pass blocking since he's usually in a double team in protection, and Get Low is the "very important" SA on the run blocking tree.

It's the "best" one I have ....

Is it worth putting money in?

AEQ is cheap relative to regular eq. the real cost is tokens, which you get all back if you want to switch. at your level $ shouldn't really be an issue for AEQ.

Unless you are holding out for Line General or your team never runs inside, I'd use it.

+1 Strength is OK and +1 Get Low is pretty good for an SA bonus.

What about ones that add +% to hold block chance would you invest in that or get one that has a SA on it instead?

I'd imagine that has a lot to do with your build, your team and especially the SA.

Protect is the ultimate for LOT, but hold block % isn't bad since you may have to roll many times in the store to get protect

hold block % is good for a C. I have 110 strength 85 block at level 34 and NTs STILL get off my blocks. They don't always make tackles, but they demand the RG to help. I'm looking for % hold block for my C (already have line gen).
