I found the Geckos defense pretty tough when we played them in week 1, and IMO they are better than their record. It's definitely a long-shot, but I think an upset is possible. But I'm probably talking out of my ass and in a couple hours I will be put back in my place. lol

Just proves that there are quite many "equal" teams - some tough competition in AA#2 this season !

Their defense held us to a bunch of field goals and it almost cost us the game. It was a very exciting game. punkaweedus, I guess you knew what you were talking about. We got lucky to pull this one out.

Wow, Rwanda vs Cape Verde was every bit as good as I thought it'd be. Geckos should have won that game if they'd kicked a FG on 4th & 9 on Rwanda's 10 yardline. Bad tactics cost them a win.

Not a bad week of picks, I went 13-3. Really 14-2 if you consider Rwanda should have lost. But three of my four GOTW picks were blowouts so obviously I have some homework to do. I'll get to a 16-0 week eventually!!

I just noticed this. I didn't realize how lucky we got to win the game.

Yea and I just reviewed the tactics....there is nothing in the AI that says go for it on 4th down with 9 yards to go in field goal range.

I know the feeling, same damn thing happened to my team in the 1st Playoff round last season. We lost to the Brown Mambas by two points because of it.

I watched the game film and we really had trouble finishing drives. We kept getting deep in your territory and then the drive would stall and we would settle for a field goal. We probably didn't deserve the win, but I'm happy we got it.

your offense really shocked me with the way they moved against us.

The "never punt" kamikaze play calling gave us extra chances that we couldn't convert, and even snagged you an extra TD for you in the 4th.

GG... It put us in a bad spot more then once. Prob won't do that again.

Week 10 was nice, but it's really worth to be sticky...
