For us it is difficult because we can't be stupid and run absolutely insane stuff on offense and defense but at the same time we can not run our "regular" sets for either because then we give the Tigers game film to use against us later. This season has proved somewhat difficult and I am running out of offensive/defensive ideas so if you want to PM me some oddball game planning suggestions I will go with it. Maybe next game my team can try the Wildcat offense!!
If it were me, I would run my offense regardless, adjusting based on the game plan. Excellence is a habit, as Aristotle said. I would give them 50 station wagons full of game film to look at, kill 'em with a season's worth of my best and worst stuff. It all comes down to execution and knowing your matchups and when it is time to break tendency anyway.
As for this game? LOL, I tried some
really insane stuff this game. I tried to: run the ball through and around your D-line and pass the ball past your CBs. I think what I really need is a K who can make them from my own end zone.
