Welcome to game 8 everyone this is the half way point of the season.
Zurich are still leading the way with a 7-0 record they are closely followed by the Zombies and the Lions on 6-1. The hawks and Capitols occupy the bottom of the table. With both yet to win a game but they play each other this week.

Murdurapolis Zombies @ Zurich Zeppelins

What a game we have as the unbeaten Zeppelins take on the 3rd place Zombies.
A lot of teams will be hoping that the Zombies can beat the Zeppelins to open up the league for the chasing pack.
Both teams are coming off big wins in week 7 and will look to strike first in this game.
Look for the Zeppelins to come out passing with K. Haas (WR) the go to guy for (QB) Dante Strike, but don’t be fooled if the Zombies do managed to stop the passing game of the Zeppelins but if they do they will still need to deal with the running treat of half backs
Nick Vernon, Dellie Zipperson and Cooper Wolfe as this is a offence with a lot of weapons.
The Zombies will look to the rushing game to control the game and the clock to keep the Zeppelins Offence off the field as we all know if they are not on the turf they can score.
I can’t see how the Zombies will manage to run all day on this Zurich D and I think that, that will be there downfall. Zurich wins 38-10

Luxemborg Lions @ KAF Spartans

Number 2 takes on number 11. We have two teams who are going in different directions here the Lions who have bounced back from the early loss to Zurich and have put together a streak of 4 wins and who look like serous contenders for the championship will look forward to playing the Spartans who have struggled to contain the better teams this season. The Spartans who won a close game against the Knights last week will hope that there D is up to this challenge.
Look out for (RB) Mobb Deep who will put up some big numbers this game for the Lions.
Lions take there record to 7-1 with another big win 156-0

London Aces @ Subotica Mighty Dukes

Number 4 the Aces take on number 7 the Dukes.
The Aces will look to release (HB) Wilbert Montgomery II who has been held back on the ground in his last two games.
The Aces came out of a hard thought game in the battle of London against the Crusaders last week which looked like it was going to be won by the kickers until two great pass plays put the game to bed for the Aces.
The Dukes are not an easy team to play and this is evenly matched on paper.
They will be looking to (WR) Gregg Flitzer to reel in some catches and put up some numbers.
But the Dukes just don’t seem to have that killer touch in the big games this season so with that in mind I see the Aces winning this one 45-3

Cashville Dollar Bills @ London Crusaders the Crusader

The Crusaders will be looking forward to this game after falling to the Aces in the battle of London. Having kept the Aces out of the end zone for so long the pass defence let them down again and is beginning to be an Achilles heel for them.
Expect them to control this game though as they prepare for next weeks trip to the Zombies which will be a big game.
As always the is not much you can say about a CPU team but they have held the own and even scored on Zurich which is a tough thing to do plus they even beat the Goldfish but the will be no victory this week Crusaders win 82-0

Dusseldorf Demon Knights @ GASCONY BESTIAS

Gascony will look to mount a playoff push with a big win over the CPU owned team the Knights.
Will they rush or will they pass Gascony will happily do both in this game and will put up a lot of yards and points in this one.
(HB) Josh Beckman should break 1000 yards for the season in this game so good luck to him.
Gascony has a very tough schedule after this game so nothing but a big win will be good enough for them.
Gascony wins 84-0

Bellingham Goldfish @ Darmstadt Hooligans

We have 9th Vs 10th here.
The goldfish are on a 4 game losing streak after winning the first 3 games. The Hooligans are coming off a loss to the Zombies, but have won one game more than the Goldfish. The hooligans are slightly better on paper and have the running game of (HB) Lincoln Prins to rely on.
The goldfish really need the Offence to step up here and try and put another w up but I think the Hooligans will come out on top and put a bit of breathing space between them and the Goldfish in the league.
Hooligans win 48-7

SU Spider Pigs @ Bipolar Leprechauns

The Pigs who final won a game not to mention scored a touch down well two to be precise take on the might of the Leprechauns this week so it is not a nice week to be a pig’s player.
The Leprechauns Championship hopes took a dent against the lions last week in a game in which they where leading until the 4th Quarter. They will look to get the season back on track by destroying this Pigs team.
I just can not see the pigs having any answer for this running game that the Leprechauns have so expect big numbers from both backs Drunken Monkey and Brian Crump.
Leprechauns win with a shutout 182-0

Hamburg Hawks @ Copenhagen Capitals

0-7 Vs 0-7 some body will finally have a win next to there name.
This game could well decide who will finish bottom at the end of the season so expect both teams to play this like it’s a championship game.
The capitals will be the underdogs in this as the highest player is only a level 21 but he is a CPU player and the highest human player is only level 5 so they might only be looking to score in this game.
The Hawks must have been waiting for this game all season.
Having come close against the goldfish expect them to put this game to bed early.
(QB) D. Marino Will have the game of his season against this D and will be happy to pass all day. Also expect some numbers from (HB) Alexander Powers III who will love playing against a week D-Line.
Hawks final win 57-0

Yes sir, I love reading these predictions. Great stuff keep it up! Actually, the combined losers score is 20. It's funny how against the #1 team the predicted loser scores 10 but among the other 7 games the losers total points scored is also 10. ? Just pulling your leg vigilantsky!

I hope so nothing against Zurich as they are the best team in the league but I would like to see them lose.

Haha. I'd take a loss any time as long as we don't end up like the pats and lose the most important game.
