Okay here are the rankings after game 4. Here is what I went by in no particular order:
1) Record or win/loss
2) Strength of roster
3) Strength of wins/losses

You may or may not agree with them, but this is how I see them. LW is last weeks ranking.

****ZETA POWER RANKINGS****

#1 Istanbul Hell Hounds (4-0) LW 3 - Well with a big 30-17 win over Short Bus and a Wroclaw loss, the Istanbul Hell Hounds have staked claim to the #1 spot. Congrats Hell Hounds!
Up next the Greek Gods are the first to try and knock them down
Next opponent: #11 Greek Gods (1-3)

#2 Macedonia Trojans (4-0) LW 4 - Trojans are 2nd with a HUGE win over then #1 Wroclaw Mambas. A nicely balanced offense and a stingy defense is what won them the big game. The Trojans get a rest against the Mafia up next.
Next opponent: at #16 Warsaw Mafia (0-4)

#3 Knossos Minotaurs (4-0) LW 6 - The Minotaurs have really surprised everyone with being the third undefeated team in Zeta. They move up to #3 from #6 with a strong win over the Boracs. After the Bandits game up next, they go into a very tough middle part of the schedule against 5 teams with winning records.
Next opponent: #14 Las Vegas Bandits (0-4)

#4 Wroclaw Mambas (3-1) LW 1 - The Mambas fall to #4 after a surprising loss to Macedonia. It won't get any easier with Pirgos, Knossos, Funky Bunch and The Gods all up in the next four games.
Next opponent: at #7 Pirgos Warlords (3-1)

#5 Short Bus All-Stars (3-1) LW 2 - Short Bus drops to #5 after the Hell Hounds blew them away. The All Stars had a tied game at halftime, but they fell flat in the second half. Vancouver and Mafia give the All Stars two easier games until a showdown with the Trojans.
Next opponent: at #10 Vancouver Jive Turkeys (1-3)

#6 The Gods (3-1) LW 7 - The Gods destroyed ROF 85-3. Now they host a high flying Luzitian team that just walloped a pretty good Funky Bunch.
Next opponent: #9 Luzitian Dynasty (2-2)

#7 Pirgos Warlords (3-1) LW 8 - The Warlords enter a huge game against the Mambas up next. This starts a tough five game stretch against 5 play off hopefuls.
Next opponent: #4 Wroclaw Mambas (3-1)

#8 Banja Luka Funky Bunch (3-1) LW 5 - Luzitian devastated Banja Luka and dropped them to eighth. Up next, Banja Luka faces Banja Luka.
Next opponent: #12 Banja Luka Boracs (0-4)

#9 Luzitian Dynasty (2-2) LW 9 - Luzitian foundit's offense in a BIG way after absolutely steam rolling the Funky Bunch 43-13. They need to keep it up to get back into the play offs party.
Next opponent: at #6 The Gods (3-1)

#10 Vancouver Jive Turkeys (1-3) LW 10 - The Turkey's showed no Jive when they destroyed Warsaw 245-0. HB Runnin' YouOver led the way with 8 rushing TD's. better keep it going with the Short Bus All Stars up next.

#11 Greek Gods (1-3) LW 11 - After devastating the all CPU Transatlantic Devils 112-3, it's back to losing with the #1 Hell Hounds up next. Sorry Greek Gods.
Next opponent: at #1 Istanbul Hell Hounds (4-0)

#12 Banja Luka Boracs (0-4) LW 12 - The Boracs have been clobbered in four straight losses. Now they get the Funky Bunch who are coming off a humiliating defeat at the hands of Luzitian. They might have a chance.
Next opponent: at #8 Banja Luka Funnky Bunch (3-1)

#13 Renegades of Funk (0-4) LW 13 - After a loss to The Gods, the Transatlantic Battery Operated Toys are a welcome sight. Insert coin, pull the handle and get a win, Renegades.
Next opponent: at #15 Transatlantic Devils (1-3)

#14 Las Vegas Bandits (0-4) LW 14 - The Warlords showed no mercy for the Bandits last game. Things just aren't going the Bandits way right now, because the Minotaur's are up next. That first win will have to wait.....................still.

#4 Wroclaw Mambas (3-1) at #7 Pirgos Warlords (3-1) = Wroclaw Mambas - This should be a good one. I'm going to go with Wroclaw on this one though.

#9 Luzitian Dynasty (2-2) at #6 The Gods (3-1) = Luzitian Dynasty - I went against the Dynasty last time and they came out swingin'! I'm going to stick with them and see how they come out against The Gods!

#5 Short Bus All-Stars (3-1) at #10 Vancouver Jive Turkeys (1-3) = Short Bus - Take the Short Bus riders in this one. They are erady to take their loss out on some Jive Turkeys.

#12 Banja Luka Boracs (0-4) at #8 Banja Luka Funnky Bunch (3-1) = Funky Bunch - Well it's the Battle of Banja Luka! Battle of the BJ's! Who is the better BJ? I have to go with the Funky Bunchers.

#11 Greek Gods (1-3) at #1 Istanbul Hell Hounds (4-0) = Istanbul Hell Hounds - The hell Hounds are rolling! Stick with them.

#2 Macedonia Trojans (4-0) at #16 Warsaw Mafia (0-4) = Trojans - Macedonia will need to bring extra Trojans with all the scoring that they're going to do on the Mafia. Remember, Trojans do not protect against all STD's.

*Game Of The Week*
#4 Wroclaw Mambas (3-1) at #7 Pirgos Warlords (3-1) - The Mambas are looking to take out some frustration after a loss that knocked them out of the Top spot. Pirgos needs a victory here to prove they are a legit contender and break into the Top 4! Are you ready for some GLB?! It's yellow and blue dots simulating football at it's best! Good luck to both teams!

22/48 beers! A bit of a weak week this time. I got a little spoiled with all the great match ups in the past two weeks of games! No matter, there are still a couple good games to see and still plenty of beer to drink. Enjoy!

The write ups are great and it gives me something to look forward to after the games. I am excited to be 4-0 but my advice to the conference is: Do not sleep on the Allstars! The game this week was by no means a blowout and they definitely have their shit together. We were lucky to finally beat them - Good thing I have a kick ass DC and supporting cast!

The Hounds are hunting!

Yeah, thanks for the writeups. To be honest, I don't see the Allstars any lower than 3rd in the conference. We've had the benefit of two previous meetings against them, but they're a solid team with no real weaknesses.

I'm not taking anything away from the hellhounds, they beat us straight up, but in a way I'm glad it happened now, because it really exposed some flaws in my AI that I hadn't noticed before. Watch out for a revitalized shortbus offense.

This is what scared me. After going 23-0, you start to see past the issues and take things for granted. So in a way, you're welcome
