so does anyone know how the leagues will be changed after the champions are crowned? say the usa a league 1 champ goes to usa aa? there are only 3 usa AA leagues and there will be 8 usa A champions. do all 8 move up and the bottom 8 usa AA teams get dispersed to the A leagues?

much the same; do the 3 AA champs move to the 2 AAA leagues?

There are 4 AA leagues. Both Conference Champions from each A league moves up to the AA league above them. 4 Teams will move up to EACH AA league (16 total Promotions)
