Levels are not everything as I am sure you are aware Stink. you guys slow build enough that you know your average level 37 build is equal to at least a level 40. I know that and I am only on like 4 slowbuild teams. wE routinly beat teams higher level but we don't make much noise about it because we expect to....that is why we slowbuild in the first place.
