And no we didn't add any higher level players. I think we had to replace 2 players this offseason... and replaced with players only about 5 levels higher than the average (lvl 30) I believe.

yea that 5levels help though but good job.
i think if we were all level 25 26 we would be 54 too.

It may have been the punter. But I do remember having a high kicking bar last season too.

CKT brought in
2 WR's 29-30 each
1 Punter level 31
It surely helped BUT doesnt matter. Theyve been hitting the level right before us every time almost. We hit 42 first, they got us to 45, 48, 51, 54. Us being lower levels will help us in the end though for sure. We finished last season with a 19.2 average roster level.
Us jumping into this a season early hurt us with levels and may screw us this season because of VA's. By the time our guys get to 24 to boost the one time to 25 we'll lose out on alot of VXP
Wish the hell i was able to get us all to 13.9 to start off. Alot of us were 10-12 with just a couple high 13's.

well, we've scrim-ed both teams and both teams had bad AIs...of course, i wish that wasn't the case in both wins...i'd much rather beat or lose to a team fair and square!
we do have a scrim with CKT in the near future and believe Loco will keep it on the up-and-up...this will be an extremely strong test for us.
as far as the scouting bars...they really don't mean sh!t!!! all of last season we had lower scouting bars than our opponents except for 4 games(including the playoffs)!!! and we did very well.
i wish CY would've given us a true scrim; but that's not what they do. i understand their philosophy; but with our new acquisitions, i need to see what we do well and not so well.
no doubt they have great builds and their defense flies to the ball and have great team speed!
it's just the BS that comes with 'em that turns people off....y'all can talk all the smack y'all want; i think that's great and part of the game...it's just when y'all cross the line and do nothing but sh!t talk; that turns people off.
sorry, got on a lil bit of a rant there...but, us BBB teams that moved up should do pretty well this season despite being under leveled.
...now back to my regularly scheduled Lundi Gras/Mardi Gras celebration

Yah thats another main reason we dont gameplan. If we meet the team in the championship we feel our OC and DC are 2 of the finest in GLB and that our team matches well with most. We scout well and know what teams do well before we play them so with how much we put into each game and what we know about GLB we feel it benifits us to do what we do.

Since they couldn't freeze their XP gain by not training in the last week like we had planned, they ended up playing in season 6 instead of riding the pine like the rest of us.
Both players are filling the positions that were originally theirs to begin with and we welcome them back with open arms.
The punter was a different story. The guy we had last season was an insurance player that we ended up using. We always planned on getting a new punter, but when one of our agents posted his need for a team in our forum, it was just too easy. I was tempted to say no because of his higher level, but since he's a punter and doesn't share the workload with anyone else, I saw less of a need for equality.
We've always been slightly ahead of the curve for overall rating with Danube and Czech Yourself quick to follow. The punter probably helps a little, but our rating would still be 54 when the rest of the team boosts to level 25.
