I agree, sort of. The problem becomes many teams split time so evenly their players don't get the laudy stats some do. Sure, they have top players at key positions but they could easily pad their stats by sacrificing energy and XP..but they won't
it would just be an exebition game, no XP like the playoffs, and the energy levels get put to 100 before the next season since training is frozen in the offseason...
No, I think he's saying that you don't get a true feel for who the "All Star" players are with some teams running backups in for a good portion of the game and other teams having their starters stay in for the entire game. You could have the best QB in the league, but it won't show in the stats if he is splitting more time with his backup than the next guy is.
I still think it would be fun though, and most teams these days are splitting time between their backups and starters anyways (all be it not necessarily as much as other teams).
Every team puts in a candidate for each position, if not then the highest lvld player would be automaticly selected. Then u vote! Youre not allowed to vote for a player in your own team. A day before the game the team is annonced and the elected coaches will get to set the tactics for each team.
There would be so many issues just for my team there, much less others. It's tough to tell who is truly an all star. Both of my RBs are near the top in stats for the league, which one gets to go to the all star game? My third string WR is third in the league in touchdowns, does he get to go?
