I thought Minnesota made a mistake in firing Mason for Brewster, but if he keeps making improvement then it looks like I might be wrong.

One thing I will miss about Mason is that confused look he always had on his face after a shocking loss (i.e. the bowl game vs Texas Tech aka the biggest comeback in bowl history against the gophers)

I also wasn't for the firing right away but Brewster is an amazing recruiter so I think with this new stadium behind him he'll help the Gophers to finally avoid that late season collapse we're infamous for

Brewster is a great recruiter but a terrible coach in my opinion. We'll see I guess though, it's hard to judge a new coach after two years because he's still got the previous coach's players.

The two big ones - football and men's basketball. I follow men's hockey too, but don't watch it very often. That'll probably change in a year when I go to school there though
