It goes in order of which team was closest to making it. Records don't matter. So since we made it to the ZCCG we'll be the first to move up after Cleveland, then it's probably Micro b/c they lost to Cleveland followed by the Hammers (our 2nd round opponent)

The Zeta team from AA2 was 13-3 in the regular season and we made it to the same spot. We should advance

According to the post by tycoon34, this is Bort's tiebreaker formula and current results between Fiji and Micronesia for the 4th spot:

1. Number of playoff victories: Both had 1
2. Number of playoff games participated in: Both played 2 playoff games
3. Regular season wins: Both had 14
4. Regular season ties: Both had 0
5. Regular season points scored: Micro 966 and Fiji 937 - Advantage Micronesia
6. Regular season points against (lower is better): Micro 192 and Fiji 343 - Advantage Micronesia
7. Postseason scrimmage wins (not friendlies): Both have 1
8. Postseason scrimmage ties (not friendlies): Both have 0
9. Avg playoff game points differential: Micro +65, Fiji -21
10. Avg postseason scrimmage points differential: Micro +24, Fiji +7
11. Avg playoff points scored: Micro 46.5, Fiji 21
12. Avg postseason scrimmage points scored: 34, Fiji 16
13. Avg playoff points allowed (lower is better): Micro 14, Fiji 31.5
14. Avg postseason scrimmages points allowed (lower is better) Fiji 9, Micro 10
15. Random selection. N/A

And looking at it as we stand right now, Micronesia is ahead in almost every category and the most important one is number 5. Not that we want to be promoted but because of HDW's turning CPU, we have basically taken their fourth spot.

So as it stand right now, here is how the formula seeds the teams:

1) Guam Tigers (Automatic)
2) Cleveland Dawgpound (Automatic)
3) Samoa Flying Foxes (Because of number 1 and and even if HDW had not gone CPU)
4) Micronesia Megalodons (Because of number 5 and HDW going CPU)
5) Fiji Ventures
6) Wagga Wagga Wave
7) Wollongong Hammers
8) Danish Contract Killers
