I've got a WR who will be boosted to level 17 on Day 41.

He's currently on a team I GM, and I will release him to sign with the right team.
We just don't have a need for him, as he's our 6th WR.
I know he's a bit underleveled, so I don't ask for much.
I would love for him to find a WR4 role with decent playing time (25+ plays/game). As a team owner, I know how difficult it can be to a well-built WR that's okay with not being in the top 3.
