This guy just hit level 32, has 82 sacks and 167 tackles the past two seasons. He routinely faced Offensive tackles 5+ levels higher and still led the league in sacks this season. He played in a 4-3 last season and a 3-4 this season. Very versatile athlete. Put in the right situation he can make a good defense great. He must start. Send offers asap, he won't be a FA long!
