Exactly. They really need a new system.

i have had players at the cap the whole time and have money.

My players are typically 3-4 levels less than half of the teams in this league and we've still had two winning seasons so far. It comes down to good scouting. A crappy build is a crappy build - regardless of what level the player is. I've seen level 20 players who play better and are much more effective than many level 30 players. In fact, I prefer to find these well-built lower level guys because their equipment is cheaper.

True. I have a level 34 DT, and he was the first player I ever made. I didn't know anything about building. So now he's level 34, and there are DTs out there at level 25 that are way better built then mine. That's why I'm retiring him and building a new one, try bulding him a little better, now that I kinda know what I'm doing.

It has always been a "who you know" sort of game. Builds are so key, so knowing people who have been around for awhile and know what they are doing is the best way to consistently win.

It is still an interesting and fun game though even if several things need overhauls, like the cap system. I am really interested to see if they follow through with the whole VXP being effected by the suggested levels of leagues. In theory it sounds pretty good, I wonder how it will work out.

At least, the Smugglers and Vikings. Scarlet Fever and Matadors may be promotoed as well.

its usually all the teams that fought for conference titles...somtimes more...so anywhere from 4-6 teams move up
