Warrior General Games

That's right, for some of us, thats all we have, looks like the Grizzlies will ONCE again be hanging out in USA A8, lol. We flopped in the playoffs, but oh well, tough games, what can a guy do! From the looks of my math, it looks like there are 9 CPU teams ahead of us RIGHT NOW, I figured the demotion (based on no more crazy alignments) and it looks like 8 teams from here will move up, the top 4 probaly in each division. Leaving us once again out (cause it's based on playoffs).

Just a thread to talk about next season.

For those who don't already know, Death Valley will be disbanding as currently constructed and reforming back in BBB15 under the new leadership of Hazama.

Disbanding...meaning some players will be looking for new teams? Or will they be reforming back to BBB15?

0 of the current players will be on the roster next season. It will be a complete rebuild.

But we made sure we finished out the schedule as opposed to gutting mid-season. 5 players were traded at the deadline, but we played it relatively straight.

You'll still see a few familiar faces kicking around the league, I'm sure.

Don't the teams above us actually get spread out amongst several leagues? I would honestly be shocked if the top 4 teams in each conference left.

Honestly, I hope we don't go. We are not at the player skill level across the board of even A8...I don't want to imagine what would happen to us in AA.

Well I just used the same formula they used last year. And thats how it was, actually last year was the top 5 I do believe went....

Thanks. I'll definitely miss playing against a lot of you guys.
Really though I'd never intended to be an owner, just took over to try and keep the team together a couple seasons ago. But even during our 14-2 run last season the team pretty much went to sleep, then this season was non-existent. Combine that with the hodge podge of builds we had, and really, it was time.
That Hazama is able to take over & rebuild is awesome ... keeps the team in the 15 family!

I don't know about that...I heard from a reliable source that hazama uses non-union contractors for his building projects.

Refreshing to see an owner that does things the right way. Other teams would have just sold and let another 200-10 sucky un-fun team on the roster, or looked for another team performing poorly and simply merged the best of the players together, but you have class and integrity and will be missed.

Appreciate the thought. We had a realistic chance at the playoffs up until the deadline, so even if it meant the 8 seed and a 1st round whupping, we figured it made more sense to go out as strong as possible instead of just turning into roadkill for half the year.

Of course, the top teams we closed with turned us into road kill anyway.
