Pangani Peckerwoods v. Ghana Ashanti Empire

#2 passing team in conference against the #2 rushing team. New team against old team (to AA#3). The empire got the big upset during the regular season, but the Difference in this game will probably come from the Peckerwoods' top pass defense in the conferenceand the fact that the Empire's defense has been giving up a good amount of points most games.


Tanzania Mountaineers v. Durban DesertHawks

The mountaineers killed the hawks in the regular season, but one Tanzania team that did that earlier on in the season just got eliminated by those damn dirty Hawks. It seems the hawks suddenly started trying in week 16.... so I'd like to think the Hawks have a bit of a chance, but the mountaineers should still be favored.

Good luck you bastards....

something about those bird mascots.. the Cardinals didn't start trying until week 18, hah.

predictions: for me, no one winning would surprise me.

at this point, i think the kurt warner led desert cardinals may pull off the upset. the hawks defense is what has changed. they played well all season, but they are killing it now. i think this is a close one, 27-21.......... hawks.

i think the peckerwoods are the team to beat, but ghana had their number this year. overall the pecks out-level ghana almost at every matchup. but ghana has high level, high production guys at key positions for what they do well

this is supposed to be a game where the pangani pulls away late and makes the score look a lot worse than it was. but i have a lot of respect for the way ericmn gameplans. we all hit and miss here and there with our dots, but when he is right, his team kills you. i pick the pecks, but would not be surprised at all if there is an upset.

wish you were right radja, but the mountaineers are just too stout offensively. we gave up too many big plays that led to scores...mostly throws to hoshi komi, so props to him. travian wasn't very effective and ever since Bort made those mid-season changes, it has really seemed to affect DEs in some way or another. good games guys.

looks like it's Pangani against the Mountaineers for the conference title...and at this point, I'd have to give the edge to Tanzania. Hamburger Wimp is good- I mean, we did recruit him and spot him for 2 seasons until he sold out ;-)...but how good will he be in 48 hours? this should be a good game.

it has been a real bumpy season for us...we came out really slow and had some unexpected losses that caused a lot of stress for our program, but eventually were able to recover and figure some things out. unfortunately, it can only take you so far and a team like Tanzania is hard to prepare for with an offense so powerful.

Durban will be ready to roll again next season, count on that.

EricMN is wise and leaves the gameplanning to my two Mad Scientist coordinators, mastawoo on offense and KevinM on defense, and meddles as little as humanly possible. Basically, all they need me for is to continue to pump FP into the team ownership and to hand out equipment money.

Nice late season run Hawks. I was really pulling for you. Could have been a finals full of unprecedented trash talking..

But I know one person very happy about today's results - Rex Dash's momma of course. That ol gurl has needs.

Dont be so harsh, Travian was more effective this game then he was last time we matched up. You guys definately pwned my RB and right now he is extremely demoralized.

Looks like things worked out this season with the playoff script getting both conference's 1-2 teams lined up in the finals. I know my GMs and myself will have a busy couple of days preparing for this next game. Its a rematch with the team that cost us our second perfect season, so there is a little extra incentive with this game!
