I really don't have time to do this, due to the fact I'm taking 18 hrs this semester, but did yall have any plans to make all star teams? This usually gets agents to post in the main forums more, and can start arguments about who got snubbed. All in all making the All Star teams was always one of my favorite things to do when I was in SA Pro. What do yall think?

We did it last season, as I recall. I think the process was nominations by team representatives followed by league-wide voting, one vote per team. I am willing to take charge of this if no one else wants to do it, but mind you, my WR WILL be on an All-Star team this year. I figure that, just like Little League, if I'm not good enough to get there on talent, I may as well sell the most candy bars.

Candy bars are redundant.

Sell girl scouts.

Was 2 seasons ago. It is wayy too much work for what it's worth...i know from experience.

It is a lot of work, and most good players are on good teams that share the workload. I honestly feel it is useless. Just because a player puts up huge stats, doesnt make them the best player in my opinion. If someone wants to do all the work though...go for it. It makes good entertainment if anything.

Well, I'll do a certain amount of the work, but I'm expecting the teams to shoulder the burden of nominations and voting, and to present their votes in a easy-to-read fashion. Let's do it this way:

I am taking team nominations via sitemail for the First Team All-OPRO until Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at 5 PM EST. I expect each nomination to come with, at a minimum, the player's (or players') name(s), position(s), and stats, with an option for putting in a short blurb (1-3 sentences) stumping for the player(s). No team can nominate more than the number of players who would be able to fill up a single All-OPRO team: 1 QB, 2 HBs, 1 FB, 2 WRs, 1 TE, 5 OLs, 4 DLs, 4 LBs, 4 DBs, 1 P, 1 K, and one ST (returner). (The extra player on each side of the ball is to account for varying formations.)

If I get sufficient participation, I will post the nominees Wednesday night, and teams can start voting. If not, I'll let everyone know it's a no-go.

They do in the "Full Season Stats" tab. Pretty impressive, btw; fully half of Sven's tackles were for losses (either sacks or TFLs). I thought my own LB Mikolai was doing good with 38.x%, sheesh.

I'm sure there are plenty of others that a case could be made for, but these are the ones that stood out with the tools/time I had available.

If I missed someone worthy, I guess that just means you'll have to nominate them yourself!

A few of us are really pushing Bort to add it (TFL) to the main stat leaders page,
I didn't realize it was half of his tackles, that is pretty crazy (and thanks for the free advertising!! LOL )

I agree it should be easier to track.

Denver's % for this season was 59%.

Adam Avalanche in the other conference is at 90.6% (at DT with 96 tackles). That's some impressive stuff right there.

Adam avalanche, as i said after the first scrimmage ever seeing him, is the best player in all of GLB.

Unblockable mountain that runs a 4.35
