(DISCLAIMER: I did not invent Beatpaths and I do not own the idea or any of the algorithms used here--I've simply did some reverse-engineering of the code. All credit goes to the good people at www.beatpaths.com.)

Due to the awesomeness of the PITTSBURGH STEELERS WOO WOOO WOOOO, plus being busy, I'm just throwing this up here right now. I'll make a full post later tonight, promise.

1) Yep. I'm as surprised as you are.

Yeah, not sure how that works out. Must be that fluke win over SoCal early in the season. I figure we're an above-average team in this league, but not NEARLY that good.

That would likely be the main reason -- beating a team with only 1 loss will pay dividends.

We're only where we are due to our win over the Voodoo in my opinion...we lost to 6 of the top 7 teams.

convicts being a above-average team might be a understatement lol. it's not that teams here are above or over. it's the fact that we have a very deep league and any team can win on any given simday.

Think Voodoo will drop a spot or two, since the loss to BDC cancels out the win over CIC. If I remember thats how it works.

I am willing to bet we lost at least 3 of our wins to Beatloops. The system isn't anymore perfect then the others. It would work a bit better if like the NFL we had repeat games versus some of the teams during the season. Also having more then 1 cross conference game a season would help it some.

I'm starting to become more and more aware of the fact that some teams match up better with others. Samoa and Brisbane, very bad matchups for us. SoCal, good matchup for CIC.
