Essentially the same as Coach of the Year, since its too difficult to determine what a GM's particular role would be- otherwise we'd have OC and DC of the year as well.

How come Donetsk has 0 Probowl players if we have the best defense in the league? (ok, if you check there, DC Redskin has the best defense, but they hadn't to face their offense)
