With 2 games to go, there are no playoff seeds that cannot be changed.

Two losses by Ghana and 2 wins by the Frogs can change #1.

Second and third can change this week.

Four teams are currently tied at 9-5 for the 5th through 8th positions with Namibia knocking on the door should one of them fall.


The current standings and games left to play are:

Ghana (13-1) plays Namibia and Wheelhouse

Frogs (12-2) play Somalia and Andorian

Somalia (11-3) plays the Frogs and Namibia

Congo (11-3) plays Wheelhouse and Cleveland

CA Wild Dogs (9-5) play the Mambas and Sahara

EGE (9-5) plays the Commandos and the Clash

The Mambas (9-5) play the Wild Dogs and THE ALL

Wheelhouse (9-5) plays Congo and Ghana

Namibia (8-6) plays Ghana and Somalia.


Anyone want to take a shot at picking the final seedings for the playoffs??

My predictions:


Ghana (13-1) plays Namibia and Wheelhouse Ghana wins out

Frogs (12-2) play Somalia and Andorian Frogs win out

Somalia (11-3) plays the Frogs and Namibia Somalia loses to Frogs and again to Namibia in a must win for Piranhas

Congo (11-3) plays Wheelhouse and Cleveland Congo wins out

CA Wild Dogs (9-5) play the Mambas and Sahara Dogs win out

EGE (9-5) plays the Commandos and the Clash EGE wins out

The Mambas (9-5) play the Wild Dogs and THE ALL Mambas lose to Dogs and beat THE ALL

Wheelhouse (9-5) plays Congo and Ghana Wheelhouse loses both

Namibia (8-6) plays Ghana and Somalia. Piranhas lose to Ghana and beat Somalia in must win game


That would leave the standings at:

1.Ghana (15-1)
2.Frogs (14-2)
3.Congo (13-3)
4.Somalia (11-5)
5.Wild Dogs (11-5)
6.EGE (11-5)
7.Swaziland (10-6)
8.Namibia (9-7)

Wheelhouse (9-7) loses head-to-head tie breaker to Namibia.



Luckily, that would put the annual Frog/Dog rematch into the conference championship game -- if at all.

We're hoping we win out and Somalia drops to the Frogs. Our next game is yet another tough one though.

No offense Frog, but I'm hoping your boys fall to Somalia...only because I don't want to see either of your teams on the same side of the bracket as mine

I'm just hoping to get a freakin' playoff win this season. We keep losing in first round to the Wild Dogs.

To be honest I don't know what has happened to ours (Namibia's) season. Just hope we can make the playoffs somehow!

The piranhas always scare me a bit. You guys always play the Frogs tough.

Hopefully we will scrape through and then cause some upsets in the playoffs

Good Game -- my missed XP really came into play there. We could have made up 3 points but not 4.

Yeah, you guys were just getting into FG range when you threw that INT on 3rd & 2 at our 31 yardline. That missed XP was huge, and to be fair shouldn't have been missed. Stupid sim. But I'm not complaining.
