Eastern Conference Top 5

1.) Kingston Dark Knights

Previous Ranking: 1st

Record: 14-0

Key Wins: Sackville Blitz (52-32), Lethbridge Fighters (29-24), Lincoln Lucky (37-17), New Brunswick Bombers (82-51), Toronto Storm (51-19)

Key Loses: None

Last 4 Games:
Sackville Blitz (12-0) - Win.....52-32
Toronto Storm (10-3) - Win.....51-19
KK (8-5) - Win - KK is known for some big upsets....but not here. The win streaks continues....35 and counting!
Northern Lights (3-10) - Win - I see a 255-0 win here...Knudlen gets the day off as the off is in cruise control

My Thoughts:
The STorm turned out to be more of a lite drizzle. Another opponent another win! Kingston took care of Ignite's team as they run their streak to 34 games and counting. These guys will continue to roll through the season and playoffs. They will put their then 38-game win streak on the line vs (IMO) Sackville in the Eastern Conference Championship. At this moment I see them winning it but by a closer margin the 2nd time around.

2.) Sackville Blitz

Previous Ranking: 2nd

Record: 13-1

Key Wins: Lincoln Lucky (45-27), New Brunswick Bombers (83-10)

Key Loses: Kingston Dark Knights (32-52)

Last 4 Games:
Kingston Dark Knights (12-0) - Loss.....32-52
British Columbia Fighting Bettas (0-13) - Win.....238-3
Kitchener Krushers (1-12) - Win - Back-2-Back stat padding games....hope their ready a Storm is coming next game!
Toronto Storm (10-3) - Win - The Storm proved they are a top 4 team by taking care of Kapone, but the Blitz are a totally different animal.

My Thoughts:
The Biltz had a great stad padder today vs the CPU BK, racking up 238 pts!. Up next is another stat padder game before an interesting matchup with The Storm. If there is another team that could trip up The Blitz it is The Storm. I don't see that happening, but I do see The Blitz rolling through until the Championship game rematch with Kingston. I think the outcome will be the same, but much closer.

3.) Westlake Rams

Previous Ranking: 3rd

Record: 10-4

Key Wins: WMD Ballers (38-17), Toronto Storm (34-17), Lincoln Lucky (27-20), KK (70-13)

Key Loses: Kingston Dark Knights (6-69), Sackville Blitz (27-33), New Brunswick Bombers (20-30)

Last 4 Games:
Lincoln Lucky (7-5) - Win.....27-20
WMD Ballers (8-5) - Win.....38-17
Sackville Waterfowl (1-12) - Win - Stat padder...going for a Trophy?
Kitchener Krushers (1-12) - Win - Back-2-back stat padders heading into the playoffs.

My Thoughts:
Seems I was right for flip floping from the WMD bandwagon to the Westlake Bandwagon. With 2 stat padding games left Westlake will finish 12-4 with a 8 game win streak heading into the playoffs. Since there 6 pt loss (27-33) to Sackville these guys have won 6 straight games including beaten 5 Playoff potential teams The Storm, KK, S.W.O., Lincoln and WMD. If these guys end up finishing 3rd then the 2nd round match-up vs Sackville is gong to be epic! If I am The Blitz I am giving mrkapone187 a defensive AI to help them beat Lincoln and S.W.O.! One more loss from the Bombers and they fall from 3rd to 5th in the Playoff seeding while Westlake and Toronto move up one spot.

4.) Toronto Storm

Previous Ranking: 4th

Record: 10-4

Key Wins: New Brunswick Bombers (62-34), WMD Ballers (33-20), Lincoln Lucky (30-27), KK (40-37)

Key Loses: S.W.O. Swamp Donkeys (27-30), Westlake Rams (17-34), Kingston Dark Knights (19-51)

Last 4 Games:
Sacramento Terror (3-9) - Win.....67-7
Kingston Dark Knights (13-0) - Loss.....19-51
British Columbia Fighting Bettas (0-13) - Win - Stat padder
Sackville Blitz (12-1) - Loss - I can see this one being an upset. This will be a fun one to watch!

My Thoughts:
The Strom got the same result as the last 34 opponents who have lined up against KDK....a loss! Ignite has a stat padding game before a the Blitz game. A loss to Sackville will leave these guys at 11-5 and IMO the same record as the Bombers. Fortunate for these guys they beat the Bombers head-2-head and win the tie breaker. All that means is IF Kapone and the Bombers finish 11-5 a loss to the Blitz will not knock them out of the 4th seed and a home playoff game.

5.) New Brunswick Bombers

Previous Ranking: None

Record: 10-4

Key Wins: Westlake Rams (30-20), WMD Ballers (27-24)

Key Loses: Kingston Dark Knights (51-82), Sackville Blitz (10-83), Toronto Storm (34-62), KK (34-41)

Last 2 Games:
S.W.O. Swamp Donkeys (7-7) - Win - I think the Bombers will lose one of these last 2 games...which one?
Lincoln Lucky (8-6) - Loss - Win they are #3 seed....lose and they are the #5 seed!

My Thoughts:
I think this season has been a season of lesson for Kapone.
1 - He has learned that you need a good defense to beat top ranked teams
2 - Never make mid-season trades that = double chemistry hits
3 - Team Chemistry is Very Important and under valued!
With that I have moved the Bombers back into the top 5 ranking. He has two early season wins vs Westlake and WMD, but has faltered down the stretch. He has the hardest schedule left and must win them both to keep a home playoff game! One single loss will knock the Bombers from 3rd to 5th. If the lose both they could eve fall all the way down to 7th or 8th! I am willing to bet the Blitz are the Bombers #1 fan right now!

Notes:
- With Kingston and Sackville have lockedup the top 2 spots.
- Westlake's victory over WMD has secured a 12-4 finish and puts the pressure on the Bombers
- The Bombers fate is in their hands. Win and they host a playoff game and keep #3 seed
- The Bombers fate is in their hands. Lose 1 of 2 and they fall to the #5 seed and lose home playoff game
- The Bombers fate is in their hands. Lose 2 and they could fall all the way to the #7 seed possibly!

This is just my opinion and for fun, so enjoy!
