Being from Zeta I don't pay much attention to Alpha, but I will do my best to represent the GM's and Owners as best as I can.

Number 1 Seed - Benshiem Blizzards (15-1)

-I'm guessing that this team with how good they are will not only beat L'vov, but beat them pretty well. A very balanced team, with an exception crew on the sidelines make this one of the best coming out of Alpha

Number 2 Seed - L'vov Train (15-1)

- And here begins the seasonly fall from grace that L'vov has graced us with every season so far. L'vov will get to the second round this time, only to run into our 3rd seed team, and lose a heart breaker

Number 3 Seed - Warsaw Warthogs (15-1)

- Only losing to L'vov early in the season, if that game was played later in the season, I believe it would go the other way. Warsaw will go all the way to the Conference finals and play the number 1 team, where anything can happen.

Number 4 Seed - Mukachevo Snakes (13-3)

- Unless they upset L'vov and completely ruin my predictions that I have here, this is where they will end up, a devastating running game is what you can expect from these guys as they will strike from any where on the field. (I should know Vilnius has lost twice to these guys in scrimmages)

Number 5 Seed - Red Fort Royals (11-5)

- A team everyone took for granted last season, and probably the season before has grown up, and could shock someone in the playoffs, unfortunaley they will most likely go up against Mukachevo, and that is no easy draw.

Number 6 Seed - Arakeen Fremen (10-6)

- The slow build team that is about to explode on someone... Going against a juggernaut like Warsaw will be NO EASY task, but these guys if they don't make it out of round one, will be running this conference next season, I can almost guarantee it.

Number 7 Seed - Belgrade Backstabbers (9-7)

- The little team that could... Always in the game, they should be a handful for the number 2 seed. Could see an upset here. Good luck to them

Number 8 Seed - Alpha Quadrant Borg (8-8)

-The team that decided to go Stadium first, players second, is doing alright in it's first season, the unfortunate part, is making the playoffs in a seed that has probably the toughest draw out of Alpha... Good luck to you guys in trying to slow down the Blizzard.

So There was my attempt to give some light to the Alpha Conference, as it seems all the talk here is about the Zeta Conference, and I know that the teams over there are some top notch teams, not just ones that got lucky with a bunch of CPU/Rebuilding teams.

So good luck to Alpha in the playoffs and may the best team come out of Alpha to get beaten by Vilnius in the League Championship

well we did ok in the second half against Warsaw- after they called off the hounds with a 55-0 lead at the half- and ended up with the most points scored on them to date this season. so if Warsaw wouldn;t mind calling off the hounds somewhere around the halfway point of the first quarter it should be a close game <nods wisely> thanks

assuming of course things play out this way standings-wise

No problem guys, was happy to do it... Just can't wait to see if I'm right... As long as Mukachevo don't ruin my predictions I'll be happy

Thanks for writing this up, but I hope you turn out to be completely wrong. Can't fault you for expecting another L'vov collapse of course, strong history to back it up, but I'm confident we're a different team these days...

Eh we will see. Hopefully the D doesn't choke this time in the playoffs.

Also my team just stomped the black cats in zeta

It's the D's turn this year. Last year was your experiment in not punting.

We also haven't gameplanned a single game this season... We weren't supposed to be promoted last season.

Heinlein missed his first tackle in like 2 seasons. Congrats Raghib, I guess that's one thing to be proud about.
