Cap Str to +6? Agi to +3? Vision to +2 cap? Line General? Where would you suggest SPs be spent to be most effective?

I don't really know if it helped; you cant really train it anymore, so why not? your agi is fine, and str is higher than gemma and she doesn't get beat. if you cap vis you get +5SP to hold on to, unless you feel the urge to go Line General; I went with fixing confidence first.

Speed. And you can still train VIS/CON. You have to train something. You cold also train SPD for awhile longer and up Line general a little bit for no, and up the speed once it's to 25 or 30

- Hehh. you dont need to cap it. you just need to get it to like 30 or 35. at some point sure you'll have to ge tit a bit higher, but worry about the more important stuff first. the C doesn't need to run around everywhere; spd is just there to accentuate the agility effect.
