I see people complaining about recruiting all the time but to be honest it is the easiest part of the owning a team IMHO...

I have to recruit almost no one for my teams..... People bring me players all the time... The key is to build a network of agents who want to play for you at different levels and expand that group by treating agents right and running fun active teams.... winning doesn't hurt either....

I do agree with what others have said anyone asking for that kind of money is not worth having on your team because they do not understand the economics of this game.
