He's level 7. I've first capped strength. Working on blocking. What should I be training? Doing Agility/Vision right now.

Train Agi/Vis, Agi/Sta, Agi/Spd combinations. Try to get stamina in the range 20-25 with training for next season.

Continue to put all SP into Str and Blk until they are minimum 61. Possibly it is better taking them all the way to 68 immediately.

When Str and Blk are ready, Agi should be about 30, and you can then soft cap it.

As for confidence, for me it is a great mystery. If you see my lvl 9 G you will see the direction I have taken it. However, this is experimental and I wouldn't exactly recommend it to anyone at the moment. Some people like confidence, some don't bother with it - your choice about what you do with it.
