Woah, the league is getting fun now!! For the fourth week in a row, multiple teams in the Top Ten took some tough losses and got knocked out. No one can be taken lightly at this point and the races are so close in both divisions that 1 loss could be devastating.
Of course there is one team left who has not felt the burn yet this season, and that is your unanimous front-runner, The Legos. They have a death grip on 1st place right now, but have an absolutely brutal schedule from here on out. Cairo, Congo, Ghana, DD, TLGoT, and the Pirates. I would not want to be in their shoes, no matter how good you are you are going to need a little luck to come through that killer gauntlet unscathed.
The rest of the Top 5 stayed the same as last week all with solid wins, but then it gets crazy.
For the first time ever we have a 3 way tie for 6th place. The Dream has come back to earth losing their momentum along with their last two games. It doesn't get any easier for them either as they face KKR and CVK the next two weeks.
The Spider Monkeez, lost to those exact two teams in a row before coming back strong. Since then they've fought their way back on the Top 10 by defeating the Dream this week and a tough Bulls team the week before.
But in the Game of the Week the other 6th place teams face off...The Stallions and The Pirates. The Stallions are on fire knocking off two powerhouses in a row in DD and TLGoT. They go up against the Pirates this week who are on a run of their own and only lost to those same 2 teams by a combined 11 points.
The Ridgebacks get some recognition after defeating The Rhinos last game but have to stay strong tomorrow as they face the Spider Monkeez in this week's Loser go home matchup.
