to hold the Warriors to their weakest outputs offensively of the season
(23 points of offense). The Minions likely have the least admired second
half schedule facing 5 of the top ranked teams in Naga in their next 7
games.

Rangers v. Shipwreckers:

On paper it's all Medan, but I think the Shipwreckers might take this game a little too lightly. In their last 4 games, Rangers have scored 45 against 69 Mafia, 6 against Ujung, 37 against MoZ and 37 against Taiping. The smart coach knows the difference between those 4 squads is interior LB play -- or in the case of MoZ who runs a 4-3, interiot DLine play. Baclod is the #1 Passing offense in the league and should have some success against Medan's #2 passing defense. Conversely, Medan's 10th ranked pass attack may struggle against Baclods #4 Pass Defense. When running the ball however, Medan brings the wood, and their 5 yard per carry average looks to be a VERY daunting task for a Rangers defense giving up a whopping 185yards on the ground PER GAME.

Prediction -- Medan knows they win this with their basic gameplan, dials down the passing percentages against a weak rush defense so as to win time of posession. Baclod works their asses of and surprises Medan by only losing by 10.

Mafia v. MoZ

Having just done significant tape study 3 days ago of 69 Mafia's offense, I'm pretty sure their heavy preponderance of 3 and 5 WR sets will test the MoZs 4 active corner backs. And when I say test, I mean score at will.

MoZ has good ownership, are experienced based on their trophies, but are about to be haunted by their 19/11 TD to INT ratio. Their stronger than average offense will not be much good when they are on the bench while Mafia's #3 rushing attack runs up and down the field, controlling the ball and the game.

There is a ray of hope for the Moz. 69 ranks dead last in the league in passing yards, and has a comparably bad 13/5 TD/INT ratio. Is that because they don't need the passing offense?? For sure the MoZ defensive coordinator is aware of this stat. It will be informative to see if he can make the Mafia pass, and if that makes a difference. From personal experience, I say watch out! Medan shocked us for 2 TDs in the 4th quarter:

Question: how is Bruce Hoffman averaging a stunning 6.5 yards per carry, but only getting the ball 13 times a game?

Prediction 69 Mafia kicks off a disappointing end of the season slump for MoZ who finish just outside on the playoff race. Mafia runs and runs and then passes.

Great job guys. Nice to see some posts in here.

I think our run game is very underestimated. I just dont use it much. Plus add on the fact that we signed a new DE recently makes this a possibly different game than predicted. Late season boosting by most of our team has also recently made a difference for us imo putting us in the top 4-5 best teams in the league unlike our record.

Good write-up and MoZ hope to come out victorious. Over the past week or so I have been fairly busy with finding homes for many of my players. No excuses though as we plan to bring it and wade through our tough schedule as best we can.

I am glad to see that people can still point fingers at other people and make snide comments. What constructive purpose did your comment serve? I fail to see the merit of it? So what I have spent money on this game that is a choice I have. What I do with my money is my own business and for the record I am okay in both the money and therapy department but thank you for your concerns and wish your kids the best for me.

Fair enough and I apologize for jumping to conclusions because I usually do not do that. Yeah it is hard to explain (about the many teams I GM) but the easiest explanation is I do finance/stadium for all of them (well all but like 5 and the 2 peewee teams) and thus that is my main function. I only do more (like recruiting or OC/DC work) for my own team, Minions, and like 2 others. I do have more players (yes it is possible).

Oh man, Valakar! Did you change your agent name? I sure remember the Jerki offensive line from Edmonton..

You guys just got a microscrope on your games, you really build top talent players.

Well color me corrected. MoZ pull the upset! Nice job guys, 69 eats it (sorry -- can't resist that joke). Tough luck Mafia -- that int returned for a TD changed everything. I was very impressed by the defense on both sides. MoZ we'll be trying to dial up something special for you guys next game. You certainly gave us an eye opener here! Bravo! And I guarantee you 69 Mafia will be rooting for you too, because they'll want another crack at you guys in the playoffs!

Sharing a little tid bit, I feel ever since the Bangkok Barfines game in season 5 Medan hasn't taken a game lightly. Even the ones where we got our teeth kicked in sideways in season 6.

Betterhands has done an excellent job of improving Medan every season.

One thing I can say about MoZ management is ...well... they a f'n ocd about football. Great guys irl.

No doubt Medan is a long time quality opponent of ours in SE Asia AA3. My comment about taking them too lightly was meant more as a comment on Baclod's rapid improvement than y'all game planning.

I'm still sick every time I think of the beating you guys gave us in season 5. I fact, I'm sick just thinking about it now, and have to stop writing. Looking forward to our matchup this season.
