Warrior General Games

Two big games dominate the schedule this week, as Holly take on ATK in a battle of the #1 and #2 seeds in the East, and Anchorage and Roswell face off in the West in a battle of the #2 and 3 seeds. The winners of these games secure their playoff spots for the season, as well as taking key steps in the march for a home tie.

Both Roswell and ATK came in with moderate expectations this season, and have performed well through soft early schedules. Many still question their placings due to the schedule, and with one bad loss each that seems to have some merit. A win for either would send a statement to the league as a whole.

For Holly and Anchorage, a chance to keep their seasons on track (despite the Maulers stumble) going into a head to head matchup tomorrow. Whatever the results these games will be entertaining to watch.

As for the rest of the league, some nice matchups in the middle, but who really cares .

The Holly/ATK game should definitely be a good one. The last time these two teams played, ATK knocked Holly out of the playoffs so the Tornadoes are looking for some long, overdue, sweet revenge.


Edit: I'm really don't like AKM. They seem to have our number no matter what season it is.....

GG Roswell, tough as always. And Bort has seriously messed up the coverage again, those 5WR streaks are still undefendable and the underneath stuff is dodgy now as well .

tough loss for Holly, only one team left that doesn't have a loss.

i think they are the gutted remains of the waco, gutted just two seasons ago. gutted!

We've never trashed talked you guys and have the utmost respect.
The one thing ATKM has is the best builds in the league (most teams seriuosly outlevel us), and great OC/DCing.

Fixed

Some of the changes Bort has brought in are brutal, with blown coverage everywhere, not particularly happy. Trying to work out how Roswell put up 24 points off only 43 plays, is like a point less than every other play. Seems to be largely down to Bortification.

Oh, believe me, I have the utmost respect for you guys. Wish I could call our games a rivalry but you beat us every time. Hopefully, the 5th (or will it be the 6th) time will be the charm.

I don't think he meant anything serious by it, just general frustration at the way we lost that's all.

yea Im more confused on how a 21 yard pass play only takes 3 seconds off the clock. ATKM had 3 plays go for like 70 yards and it took 11 seconds off the clock. lol

all in all great job by you guys. we couldnt stoip ya in the end.

Heh, when were on form we eat the clock like no other team in the game, about 41 minutes today. Just glad to get you guys off our schedule for another season.

Well played game AKM. I still am shocked by that ending. It reminded me of that damn Tards Chicago game on Monday night. Every roll went your way. Next time, I'm hoping for a different outcome. Best of luck the rest of the way.
